Celtic triumphed in the County Cup final with a commanding performance, thanks to all players contributing significantly. After a quiet start and surviving a free kick hitting the bar, Celtic began to get into their stride. Ben’s low drive found the bottom corner and, after a fantastic run and cross from Shaquille, he volleyed the strike of the season into the top corner. Celtic dominated after the break and Kane scored a deserved goal with an astute lob. Falcons rallied towards the end but never broke down Celtic’s defence and only came close from another free kick, which was heading into the top corner until James saved superbly. Congratulations boys!
